Return Policy

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time. Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original SKU tags, and clear garment packaging

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Due to our free shipping policy, return shipping and handling fees are the customer's responsibility. It is the customer's responsibility to ship returned items and pay for shipping and handling charges. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your order is eligible for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancelation Policy
An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped. An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If a return is initiated, we advise you to begin the return process of the item once you receive your package within the 7 business days window. 

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return. We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
